 Inventory all laptop carts AND type up list already inventoried.
o USE MORE THAN ONE TA
• Laptop crate A and B
o Use main computer to set up excel spreadsheet with information
 Computer Type
 Location
 Serial
 Asset ID

 Set up new printer in library for Dell computers
o New print switch needs to be used

 Input the library Dell computer to the help desk. (Mr. Alexander)
o The one with the USB drives may be fused in the back and front

 Complete Bulletin Board (Mr. Alexander)
o Highlight New Technology times
• M and W: 8:30am-12:00pm; 2:30-5:00pm (12hrs)
• TH: 11:00am-3:00pm (4hrs)
• F: 2:00pm-5:00pm (3hrs)
